More Flow, More Grow: Developing Mindfulness
In mindfulness, we are aware of our thoughts, feelings, and intuitions; we attune to others (to their thoughts, feelings, and intuitions); and we accept the reality of our life conditions, our reality-testing, for the purposes of expansion (we must be willing to adapt). Mindfulness in the coaching context is about striking a balance on this continuum of awareness – attunement – acceptance.
